It's good location, good
neighborhood

Each and every member of the
Island Park staff is
courteous, customer focused,
and primed for action! I am
extremely satisfied with
interactions I have had with
the office staff members and I
would recommend the
maintenance team for any job.
After a recent mishap, that
resulted in a fire in my
building, the staff was
proactive in ensuring that all
residents' needs were
addressed (in a timely
manner). With all other
priorities on their plates,
they exceeded my expectations.

my apartment its self is
fairly nice. at night its hard
to find parking. most the time
i have to walk very far to get
to my apartment. with 2 kids i
have to carry and bags of
stuff itS not nice at alll.
when i do find parking near by
i and my kids have nearly been
ran over by cars speeding in
and out they go 50 passed the
speed bumps. at night its
pretty calm at times there are
people yelling outside my
window people honking more
then once as if getting out of
the car to knock on someones
door is to much to ask
for........ my experience with
previous management was not
pleasant at all they where
slow to fix any complaint i
had and most the time they
would say not my problem i
cant do anything about it.
most my complaint had to with
with outside contractors
coming to my apartment and
"Fixing" it trust me it looks
worse now then it did before
they worked on it. i have
picture proof of it all!

This is a terrific place to
live - otherwise I would not
have been here for 25 years!
The staff always go out of
their way to get to know
everyone, at least by sight if
not by name. If they see you
drive by or walking around the
property, they always wave and
say "hi". And that starts with
the Community Manager and goes
all the way thru the other
office staff, the maintenance
people, & the groundskeeper!!
They OFTEN go out of their way
to do things for you as a
valued resident, and help you
with things like receiving &
delivery of packages!! Where
else do you find that kind of
caring and service? And I
don't just say this lightly. I
have frequently said these
very same things to new
tenants & they are often so
surprised to find a tenant
telling them this!! And a
good sign of a great place is
when the question is asked as
to whether you would recommend
this place to others, & all I
can say is that I HAVE!! Many
times!! As long as I feel so
comfortable and so taken care
of, I have no intention of
leaving Island Park - for
ANOTHER 25 years!!
